Malta in one week:Discovery Malta Islands

Malta is a small country in the feet of Italy. It’s composed of the Islands of Malta, Gozo and Comino. Comino is the smallest but its famous because of Blue Lagoon, crystal clear waters and amazing Views. Every shot there is just perfect  and it was location if a movie with the same name.
Gozo were famous for the Blue Window. An Ancient stone formations that seems like a Window and were used as location for some Game of Thrones scenes along with the small city of Mdina. Unfortunately in begin of March this year the Blue Window collapsed. Still there are so much things to do in Malta.
I stayed in 3 stars Hotel in Sliema. There are not much to see in Sliema. The bay view are  Is not so far from the main city of Valetta and you can take either a bus or a ferry to across the sea to reach the city. Once there you need to walk along the narrows streets to reach the city center.
From Valetta you  can visit the Marsashlok Market where is possible to see the Fisherboats and enjoy local cuisine. There are plenty Restaurants with local maltese food and beer.  I believe the street market are open only on Sundays. From Marsashlok you can walk until St Peters Pool. Its a quite difficult path but totally woth it. In March the water were pretty cold. But still some brave people ( including me :)). You can lay down there and enjoy the sun, bring some food and beverages because there is any stores near.
Another great visit is Mdina. Is a small old city with around 300 inhabitants. You xan take a bus from Valetta to Il Rabat and the last stop is direct to one of Mdina entries. There are some museums and exhibitions and some neat Restaurants too. Mdina is in the middle of Il Rabat and its also worth to explore the surroundings, Church, Catacombs and Grotto of the city.
Gozo Island is 30 min far with a ferry  from Valetta ferry port.  The ride cost around 5 euros. People used to go for some Gozo Beaches and now ruined Blue Window. There is a small Citadella near the center with guided tours. Its free to get in and you can have a nice view from whole Island. Google pointed a second small window but if you are not with a car is totally not worth to go there. You reach with 30 min bus ride from Vitoria ( main city of Gozo) and more 40 min walk. With a car you do it in 20 min or less.
For the last take a day to visit Comino's Blue Lagoon. Mostly Boats and Ship trips depart from Sliema or Valetta around 10 am. Some they let you there and pick you up around late afternoon. Other offers full tour around caves, Comino and Gozo Beaches, drinks and a full meal. You need to decide which one suits you better and go. Views are amazing during the ride and Blue Lagoon is really Breathe taking. One super negative point: Sea is full of jellyfishes in some period of year. So if you are like me you probably are not.going to enjoy so much swimming there. Even with Cristal water. The areas to lay down are also not big
So in sommer time may be impossible to find a place in the sun. There are not so many places to get food. Only2 or 3 Street Tends selling sandwiches and Ice cream. You either can bring food for the day or take this ship tours with meal included.
We woke up late in our last day in Malta and we got to late to the bay to get a Ship ride to Comino. We found a last minute Extrem Boat Adventure Tour where they give a full ride to and from Comino and you can stay around 5 hours or so there. Is extremaly fun since it cross really fast the sea with good music. For a last minute option it was a great deal. In the ride back we saw some dolphins.

Who am I?

This is my first post in this blog. I hope I have discipline to keep updating regularly about my life and problems. I am student living in Germany and I am from Brazil. I love to travel around the world and the feeling to be somewhere I never been before. I mostly travel in the budget and rarely do any guided tour (if I do its because probably would worth it). I started travelling in my exchange year in Rome and never stopped since then. So far I collect 18 Countries and more than 40 Cities around the Globe.I hope I am able to go further and finally travel to Asia and Africa before my 30's.

5 Things to do in...Brussels

The Belgium's capital is not the first to be remembered when planning a Eurotrip, but the city surely has her Charm and is a good option for a 3-days-only trip. It is known for the European Parlament where most important politicals decisions are made, amazing beer and diverse Restaurants and stores.  Brussels is really multicultural.  1: Visit Atomium and it surroundings I never saw something similar to Atomium until now. It may seem not a big deal compared to Eiffel Tower in Paris or Colosseo in Rome, but think about it, there is  like 8 giant metal balls there in the middle of the city. its really huge. At night its all brightened  with some colorfuls lights. In the area nearby there is some parks and the mini Europe, a park with miniature from the main european  cities and monuments, a Castle and it gardens and on. 2: See the Sacré  Couer Church at Night or visit the inside chapel to have a city view. 3: Eat a lot of French (or may say belgic) Fries, Beer and Wa

3 days trip to Prague

I went in 3 day weekend Trip with my friend to Prague last year. I was really exited because I hear so much about how Cool the city was, nice place to go hard partying and also was pretty cheaper than other EU-Cities. So I embraced this Idea, booked an Airbnb room that seem quite nice Quartier. Later to find out it was indeed near the Center but access were quite demanding of physical conditions (up and down hill every day).    Old Town (Stare Mesto) - Its the most popular area. There are many shops, restaurantes and its near Charles bridge that is really a must-see in the city. I would totally recommend to go afternoon and stay nearby to see the sunset.  Prague Castle - It's huge and you need a lot of time to walk all around. I would recommend to start a day going to the Castle and later of the day finishing at Old Town to see the sunset, have a beer nearby or Dinner. Some people hired segways to move faster and dont get tired. John Lehnnon Wall -
